“Would you recommend us”? Four powerful words that would mean a lot if you ask one of your patients/customers/clients. If you think about the psychology behind that and empathize with them. In a way you are thanking them for being a great patient/customer/client by asking their opinion. The fact that they are dealing with your business and appreciate being asked if they would recommend you to someone else. Sure you are asking them in a polite way for a testimonial/review of your business. But as we all have learned in life, if you don’t ask, you don’t…..you know what!
