Despite technological advancements in treatment of heart disease, the perception of twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism in the society has been real. Somewhere the art of practicing science as diverse as Medicine with a clinical acumen, a humane approach and adherence of medical ethics had been the need ,which often feels missing from the collective consciousness of our own people.
In the year 2013, driven by a vision to re-establish the faith in Medical fraternity and uphold the medical ethics and keep pace with providing advanced cardiovascular care, a group of enterprising Interventional Cardiologists, Dr. Chirag Sheth, Arvind Sharma, Nirav Bhalani and Anand Ahuja, aspired to establish Rhythm Heart Institute in the western Indian city of Vadodara.
