New Day School

A place where expansive educational practices encourage the development of body, mind and spirit through the Neo-humanist Education Curriculum. Our mission is to create a unique learning environment that unveils the innate greatness within, strengthens the foundation of ethics and inspires benevolent action in the world.

New Day School offers full-day preschool programs for children 2.5 to 5 years of age, with two-, three-, and five-day schedule options. Our current hours of operation are 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.

Children learn in mixed-aged classrooms which promotes peer learning for younger students and opportunities to nurture and model for older students. We offer several classrooms across two spacious buildings with a large outdoor play area and garden.

New Day School is a nurturing environment for kids to explore and grow into their best selves. The outdoor play area is phenomenal and my child loves playing outside year-round. I cannot think of a better place to be a kid.

We teach through a blend of yoga and meditation practice, artistic expression, sustainable practices, intellectual exploration, ethical values and service.

Our curriculum unveils the innate greatness and talents within each individual, strengthens the foundation of ethics, and inspires benevolent action in the world. Within our school, children gain confidence in their personal strength, an awareness of their individual gifts, and the desire to share their joy with others in society.
