Before establishing Vasavi and after graduating from PGI Chandigarh, he worked as Senior Resident in the PGI Chandigarh hospital. Later he moved to Hyderabad, where he freelanced in CDR and later was hired as HOD and Senior Consultant in Medwin Hospitals, followed by Mediciti Hospitals, which is now Maxcure Khairatabad.
