THE SITE VISIT

If the price is higher than you expected, they can direct you toward realistic improvements that will fit within your budget. But they won’t be able to give you an accurate estimate right away. A builder who quotes you a price upfront is misleading you; they want your business now and won’t bother you with the consequences in the future. Be sure to choose a builder who will provide you with a fixed-price quote that details all your renovation needs.
