My name is Carol Szuky, the founder of Destination Booked. My passion has always been seeing people reach their highest potential and bringing happiness to the lives of everyone I meet. Through my personal and professional journey—raising four children, building multiple businesses, and traveling the world—I’ve learned the profound importance of honoring your true self. Travel, to me, is one of the most meaningful ways to do just that.
Growing up, my parents taught me to embrace life’s opportunities. We shared countless adventures together, and when I had my own family, I cherished creating those same memories with my husband, our children, and my parents. Losing my father unexpectedly in 2019 shifted my perspective forever: Life is too short to hold back on making memories with the people you love—or for yourself if solo travel is what your soul needs most.
