Eric has been a licensed Real Estate Representative for over 25 years, and in the early part of the 2000s he joined a RE/MAX team in Markham where he worked on land sales, draft plan-approved development sites, new home sales and real estate resales with Buyers and Sellers.
I have 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate representative and currently hold my Real Estate Brokers Designation with RECO and a Commercial Designation with CREA. My real estate journey began with flipping my first property in 1986, and I subsequently joined Canada Trust Real Estate in 1987. After a brief break from the real estate industry, I joined a reputable RE/MAX team in Markham in the early 2000s. I have successfully handled land sales, draft plan-approved development sites, new home sales, and resales with buyers and sellers. Later, I transitioned to working with two brokerage firms, specializing in selling multi-residential buildings in a sales management capacity. During this time, I held a Mortgage Broker’s License and facilitated numerous CMHC-insured mortgages for corporate clients. I possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle and use effective communication systems and procedures to ensure success. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise and look forward to forming new relationships.
