Andrea McGeorge Counselling offered Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Coaching (CBT), Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping. The duration of therapy varies, from short to long-term, based on the client’s requirements.
My approach is compassionate, authentic caring and tailored to suit the individual. I draw from several therapeutic techniques based on your needs, then build a therapeutic alliance from which the healing takes place.
I have experienced my share of trauma, anxiety, self-doubt and life challenges. With life and all its vast opportunities for growth, I know when armed with knowledge and support our struggles can shape us into stronger, more resilient individuals.
