Creates Cool is a versatile design studio based in San Francisco, founded in 2020 by licensed architect and designer Elias Horat. We aim to give our clients the best projects by pairing rigorous conceptual designs with a technology-driven process. We hold ourselves to the philosophy that we do not have one singular style or look; rather, our projects are a product of a collaboration with our clients, sites, and project goals.
We worked with Elias and his team on the architectural plan for a full 2 unit renovation, as well as the interior design for 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Elias and his team were creative, meticulous, and open to feedback the whole way.
Given some unique layout challenges, Elias was able to craft a design that made the best of our available space. He even went above and beyond to liaise with my contractor, as well as city permitting office to work through some unforeseen challenges. Elias and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with
